I’m visiting New Orleans for the Romantic Times Booklovers Convention all this week.<\/p>\n

I will try to post some news – and some photos – but it’s going to be a busy week. There will be literally thousands of readers and writers here – all talking about romance novels.<\/p>\n

Wow!<\/p>\n

New Orleans is also knows at The Big Easy – but I have got to tell you, there’s nothing easy about preparing for an event like this.<\/p>\n

I’ve been collecting giveaways for my appearances at the convention. The pile in my office\u00a0gets bigger and bigger every day – and there’s more still to come.<\/p>\n

I started with the chocolate – and went a bit crazy after that.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

 <\/p>\n

Isn’t this tea-pot lovely – we’ll be making tea at a Choc Lit Tea party – and some lucky person is going to get to take this home.<\/p>\n

And what better for a romance convention that a Royal kiss… I must get my fellow UK authors to sign this before I give it away.<\/p>\n

Of course – I am an Aussie and my books are set there – so there is some Aussie representation.<\/p>\n

On top of the giveaway – there are really hard decisions looming as I get ready to leave….<\/p>\n

I am trying to cut down to absolute essentials – honestly I am.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

And… I have to fit in my laptop\u00a0and camera and stuff for the media workshop I’m presenting.\u00a0 I do hope BA will be tolerant in their baggage weight policy.<\/p>\n
