The second romantic anthology from Choc Lit – romance and recipes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I’m very excited to say I have a new short story available in a wonderful new anthology – Kisses and Cupcakes.<\/p>\n

It’s a great selection of stories from the Choc Lit authors – many of whom are among my favourite writers.<\/p>\n

My story is called ‘A Piece of Cake.’<\/p>\n

Regular readers will know I lived in New York city for a couple of years. This is the first thing I have written set in that city. <\/p>\n

It doesn’t reflect my experiences there – but I hope it captures some of the feeling you get when you suddenly find yourself in a whole new world.<\/p>\n

Short stories don’t give you a lot of room to build a character – or in this case, start a romance. But it’s such a lot of fun writing short fiction.<\/p>\n

This anthology, like the first Choc Lit Love Match selection, includes recipes. Each recipe given by the author and in some way related to their story.<\/p>\n

Before contributing the recipe, of course, I had to test it out…<\/p>\n
